base plan expired, topped up phone with 50$, shows balance of 11.50$, phone doesn't work still, help me


ok, so I bought a Motorola two weeks ago on pre paid, it says base plan expired, I topped up with 50$, it came out of my bank, and it shows up in my transactions, but it only says I have a balance of 11.50$, and my phone doesn't work cannot receive of send out texts or calls, help me please!

Hi Cory, I'm a bit puzzled by your question... you said you bought the phone two weeks ago, but when did you start your prepaid plan? What plan did you pick? Does your self service still say that your plan is expired? And lastly is the Motorola a Koodo phone? Did it work before? Sorry lots of questions but hopefully that'll help the troubleshooting 🙂
