bad service


received first bill and it was 357$ called in to talk to a manager and he was completely rude and ignorant signed up 2 phones with you definitely cancelling after the first month who can afford 357 a month then be treated like garbage by a manager when calling in. No thanks bad service all around.

bought both phones outright at least I can switch to a more reliable company.

Hi Carl, sucks you got treated like that i dont work for kooodo but i'd still like to help you figure out your bill. page three has a summary of charges. maybe you could mask your personal info .and upload a copy so we can see whats hhappening

Hey Chad Thank's for the interest in helping me, I guess Koodoo does 2 months in advance that I wasn't aware of. Sucks and seems like a lot at once ouch, At least we have it figured out. Thanks again for trying to help and your time!

I was not aware of it, I really wish I was I would have just signed up one at a time and paid that then did the following just so it wasn't as much at once. Thank's for taking the time to Post I appreciate your help.

@ Carl Looking at your invoice everything seems to be in order and as Mathieu guessed it correctly it has to do with proration, something that all cell phone companies do. Because you have 2 lines and they are both on high end plans with lots of data, your first bill is indeed higher, but correct, than the following ones. Did they explain what to expect on your first bill at time of activation?

They Definitely did not or I  would have only signed up the one at the time, and then waited for the first bill to come in and budgeted accordingly, Seeing this double payment is scary that's a lot to come up with not really knowing, Is there a way I can break this down into a few payments? Thank's for your time.

Dial #227 from your Koodo phone, then option 4 for payment arrangement, or option 5 to speak to rep

Carl, I see you activated at The Mobile Shop. I will definitely provide your comments and feedback to them as setting proper expectations around the first bill is something we ask them to do do to avoid an surprises. My sincerest apologies on their behalf for missing that!
