I'm a monthly prepaid customer and have been for a couple of years. Several months ago I signed up to the automatic monthly top ups, which have been fine, up until this last one.
On September 8th it charged my card $16.95 as per usual to renew my plan for the month of September. But looking at my account statement, Koodo charged my card again for a second $16.95 today, September 17th. I wasn't due for another top up until October 8th. When I dial *611 and check out my account, it says my account balance is only $12 (which is what I've accumulated in my account by saving 10% the last few months) so that extra $16.95 didn't even go into my account. It also still says the next automatic top up will be October 8th.
What happened? Can I get refunded?
