are there any koodo agents? On hold now for 1.6 hours. I have an add on the website does not allow me to remove.

Hmmm...that's strange. The wait time is far less than that from what I can see. Is it the phone protection plan? If yes, easiest to send us a private message on Facebook and we will help remove that for you.
Interesting as I have now been on hold for 2 hours.  I will try to send a PM on FB.  Extremely frustrating!!

So sorry to hear. 😞 Just tested it and got through in 2 minutes Andrea. Must be a glitch in the connection. 
And by the way, the system just hung up on my after 2 hours and 15 minutes on hold.  Said it was unable to take my call and to call again later.

Hmm. This is alarming, but not surprising. I switched from Rogers and before switching , Rogers warned me of issues with Customer Service with Koodo.
