are calls to *611 added to your airtime minutes, was put on hold,, never got thru,, yet my airtime usage says i used 30 min to *611

Those calls shouldn't count towards your minutes.
Looking at my airtime summary. Used a total of 73 min. 30 min was to *611.. I guess somebody forgot to reprogram their computers. Also. A lot of my inbound calls are less than 10 sec. . avg about 4 calls a min. Yet. I am charged 4 min air time.. Can't they bill for time used in stead of nickle and diming their clients. Theirs a moral and ethical issue about their billing practises that may not wash in a court of law

Per minute billing is something you agreed to in the service conditions and terms. Call 611 again and talk to a rep to get the charges reversed for 611
