Any time I try and make a phone call I get a message pop-up saying I have no cellular connection.


Any time I try and make a phone call I get a message pop-up saying I have no cellular connection. In the meantime I have full bars and can text just fine. Anyone else have this issue? Nexus 5, set to LTE.

Hey Benjamin,

Have you tried to power off and restart your Nexus 5 or to take out your SIM card then re-insert and re-start your phone? If it still doesn't work, you can try to change the network mode by going to: Settings > More... > Mobile Networks > Preferred network type and select 3G or 4G depending on which one was initially selected (Don't select 2G because it will not work).

I did that, and more. I am taking it in to the nearest koodo to see what they can do.
