Since we are all volunteers here, we don't have that kind of information. But Whenever the phone is available to other carriers, Koodo will most likely carry it as well.

It might also never make it to every single store. Certain phones will be kept either as online exclusives or in stores in major population areas. It all depends on the available stock. Currently the site says 3 to 5 weeks before you get your phone, so I'd guess stock levels are low and it won't be in most stores for quite some time.

Was the 1st gen Pixel XL available in stores on Koodo? I know certain phones remained online only (I think due to low demand), to relieve Koodo stores and dealers from the overwhelmingly high inventory cost to certain devices that have less demand. If the 1st gen Pixel XL hit the shelves, I'd anticipate the Pixel 2 XL to hit the shelves in roughly the same turn-around time.

With that logic, why is Koodo offering the Pixel 2 now in stores when they didn’t use to offer the Pixel? The Pixel 2 XL may be offered in store as well. We just have to wait and see

Koodo offered the Moto Z Play (2016) in stores but Moto Z (2016) was online exclusive. The bigger, more expensive variant on Koodo is usually online only. It's impressive that Pixel 2 is in stores while 2016 Pixel was online only, that shows Koodo is responding to an increased demand for the Google phone!
Good thing Google's done something right and is gaining popularity with their flagship phone at a faster rate than the Nexus phones, albeit at a higher price tag.
