Koodo has really bad service . All my monthly bills are paid to the balance of 0$$ and they cut my services and when i call theres none could help me .like what kind of garbage

@Tabitha, suspension only occurs if an account falls behind payment. Your last payment, that we received, was about 2 months ago. And there is a significant outstanding balance at the moment. If you dial  #227 you can make payments there or by logging on online.

How and when did you pay it?
Maybe they couldn't receive it by the cut off dates? I know that one missing payment doesn't cut you off tho.
