"Good Day Sam I came to your store this morning, literally shaking with rage, absolutely intent on cancelling my Koodoo account immediately, with no intention in any way of staying with yourselves.
You have the great good fortune of having a young lady by the name of Alex working for you. Her smiling, caring and exceptional attitude towards customer issues not only resolved my issue 100%, I left the store smiling and happy.
Please pass my sincere regards on to her for a job impressively well done. Not only is she an asset to your staff and business, she has a lovely approach towards customer service.
I would happily pass this on to your corporate office as well, but it seems Koodo has a very strong intention to allow no customer contact with anyone at Koodo, except via the stores.
