Air Minutes not decreasing ¿?


I have been using my account with Koodo for almost 2 weeks and my Air Time is still 0 from 300 minutes. I´m completely sure that I have been talking during work hours. I'm worried because I can not control my consumption of time. Any idea of what is happening? It´s the same on my Android app, on the web page and also in *611.
