What does it mean on the bill if I shows 'adjustment(s)'

Is this on your regular bill? Or your tab? Usually it is a manual change made to your bill

It varies with every situation, if you recently had an issue where you were overcharged for something typically the correction will appear under "adjustments". If you called Koodo for any issues recently, this could be a resolution as you had discussed with them. If you have no clue where it comes from, give customer service a call they will know the right answer for you!
Ok, I will just call them I think. Thought maybe it was a one answer question and I didn't want to get charged for a call. Obviously not though lol. Thank you
