add-ons webpage

I need to add a travel plan, but the Koodo add-ons webpage cannot be accessed. Help

I have tried from my home computer as well as from my work computer, but keep getting the Proxy no found message.  I am going on a Caribbean cruise out of Miami Dec 19 to 29th and wanted the $40 travel add on

Those add-ons do not work on cruises.

On cruises, it's pay-per-use. $7/min, $15/MB and $0.60 per sent text (free to receive).

If you want to use the add-ons while ON LAND and connected to a normal network, you can use the add-ons to save on roaming.

Cellphones do work on cruises although as Ahmad said it does depend on how far from land the ship is at any given point.  The 30 day add-on can put on your account by simply texting 30BUNDLE to 5242. Here are some tips and hints on using your phone on a cruise:
