Activation Fee


Hi, I just got a smart phone with Koodo

I have the 35$ 2GB data + 9$ protection plan + 15$ montly tab for my galaxy S8

However, for my first bill, I was charged activation fees twice and I dont understand why.

Were the connection fees showed in your pdf bill? Normally page 3 of the pdf should have the detail. I would doublecheck it.

If you saw it in the pdf bill, then you would need to contact Koodo to dispute, send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) or setup a callback would avoid the wait on phone.
