Activation code for SIM card


I bought a SIM card today, activated it online and got a screen message saying that an email had been sent to me. I didn't get an email.  I also don't have a 16-digit network unlock code.  Was that in the missing email?  I need to unlock a ZTE Z222 phone.

You should see your 16-digit activation code on your receipt.
And what email address did you use to purchase SIM card? Did you check spam/junk folder?
Email contains verify your email address to create self serve. Add: I just saw you mentioned you need to unlock your phone. Koodo won't unlock your phone, so you have to use 3rd party to do it.
I have gotten it worked out - no assistance needed.
