Activating SIM card


My iphone broke this morning. I have another kodoo phone I used previously and I would like to activate the SIM for that phone. How do I do that?

Hi Seana, You can do this in self serve, under "phone services", select change phone and from there you can select "change phone" and in that menu, you can select "upgrade phone" it will ask you for the new SIM card's number, just get it off of the SIM card you want to use and follow the following steps. Hope this helps

I ended up finding that thank you. The only problem is it says the sim card is invalid. Is this because it was a prepaid sim and i am now a monthly customer? Do i need a new SIM?

Yes. Prepaid SIMs don't work for monthly customers, you will need to go purchase a new monthly SIM card to be able to use it in your phone.
