Activating a new SIM card

I previously had a Samsung Prepaid SIM Card. I got an iPhone from a friend and my SIM was too big to fit, so I got a new one that fit in the iPhone. The gentleman at Koodo said all I'd have to do is change my SIM card online and it would work. I can't get the SIM to activate or work in my phone. Now, my old SIM isn't working and I can't even call Koodo for help. Help meeee.

Hi Ash, What steps did you do in order to activate the new sim card? If you can provide those details we may be able to figure out what went wrong when you tried to activate the new card.

I assume it is a Koodo iphone? Try rebooting the iphone
