Hi Shelly,
You could also send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) or setup a call back (https://www.koodomobile.com/help/)... those would avoid the wait on phone.. But then you would still have to wait for them. Koodo is flooded with calls as of now.

The call back thingy didn't work. A Facebook message will get me going on the process of activating my SIM?

The call back thingy didn't work. A Facebook message will get me going on the process of activat...You are switching SIM, agents at a Koodo kiosk also can do it (You would need to bring your ID with you). You could send message to facebook with your SIM number and account. Hopefully they can respond to you by tomorrow.

You could also post your order number here, just in case an agent pass by and do it for you.

If the sim card from the old phone fits in the new phone you can just swap them and the new phone will work FYI.

How do you know if it fits? And if it does, how do you get the old sim out of the phone, I tried getting it out of my iPhone the normal way but it feels like there’s something I’m the hole that’s preventing the slot to pop open.
