Acknowledgment


New to koodo, I was expecting some kind of acknowledgement telling me my bill was due... I have gotten nothing, no text, call, or email....so I finally checked and said it was due 4 days ago...pretty sure koodo texts.....

When you signed up , did you give a fake or old email thinking you would just get spam? If so check that. If not. Contact Koodo to get your info on file. They do text saying bills are due. Also check notifications in self serve to make sure you haven't unchecked communication from Koodo
