Account will expire soon!!! PLEASE HELP!


My account was expired and will deactivate soon it says. So i bought a voucher and it won't go in. It fails. And I just bought it. I don't know why. I tried dialing it but it keep saying I need help and transfer me to a koodo support service but i have been waiting and got tired of waiting so i posted this.

Unfortunately of its telling you to call and won't let you access your account t then the only thing to do is wait on the phone for customer service, there's no other options.
