Account reactivation


I stopped using Koodo 2 years ago because I was outside the country: can I reactivate my account if I still have both the phone and the sim card ?

Hey Nancy! Sorry but no you're account cannot be reactivated. You will need to take a new number and activate a new account.

The SIM card will have expired 90 days subsequent to the deactivation. You can get a fresh one from Koodo when choosing a plan.
