I did not use my phone more than usual and my data is 10.00$ over. Why? what happen . .Can I have a phone number to talk to customer service. all these questions and answers

What does your usage on self serve say? Does it correspond to your pdf ebill? Check Then, compare that to your data usage app on your phone Settings>Data Usage
