I found that my base plan is expired.
So i immediately top-up my balance and confirm my e-mail as well.
But my base plan is still expired, I have no idea how to renew my base plan.
And actually (according to text from koodo)my renewal date is Dec 10th!!!!! I dont know why my base plan is expired..........;(

So your phone doesn't work? Can't text/call within base plan limits? If so, I would call customer service and they can see what's going on and fix it. *611 from your Koodo phone. If your phone is working like it should and it's self-serve saying expired, I wouldn't be too concerned but you could still call inView original
