4g connection problem


I just changed my services from Telus to you with a phone I own, Samsung Galaxy S2. The call fonctions seems to work fine but I can't access the 4G network. Is there a certain setting I need to change? In the settings, I see that the APN is still Telus SP (sp.telus.com)

By 4G i think you mean data access. If so this link with you the correct APN setttings http://aide.koodomobile.com/Portals/0/Phones/PDFFiles/Android.pdf
