3 week old phone not charging. where do i take it to get fixed?

I have bought a koodoo pre paid motorola moto g 3 weeks ago at future shop. The phone is not charging . future shop says it is koodoo responsibility to fix. where do i take it to get fixed?

You need to take it to a Koodo store or call Samsung so they can send you a shipping box so you can return to their facility!
