2GB Bonus 24 Months Black Friday Add-on not applied on new account new activation


Hi Koodo,

I have just activated self-service and noticed the 2GB Bonus 24 Months Black Friday Free Add-on was not applied to my account.  This is a new activation new phone new customer to Koodo.

My [b]Account #33593029.
Can you please have a look and apply the bonus 2gb to my account. This was what I signed up for.

When you log into your account you do not see the extra 2GB? That's why you posted this message?
Yes. It's missing from my account.  Only see 1GB.
