I recently lost my phone and reported it lost/stolen. A few hours of searching, I went and bought a new phone because I was waiting for three really important phone calls. Long story short, I found the old phone. I called customer service to reactivate my old phone and deactivate the SIM card on the new phone I had just bought. However, now I have two phones and no service on either. I feel that the error occurred when the customer service rep reactivated my old SIM on my lost phone, but failed to remove the lost/stolen status on my IMEI. I was told I could remove the lost/stolen status on my own on self serve, but I can't seem to figure out how as it will only let me report my phone as lost/stolen again. I can't contact customer service again because I don't have a phone that can make long distance calls without my cell phone. Someone help me get this Nexus 5 working again, please!
