1-year long monthly discount has yet to be applied to my bill after 3 months.


Hey guys! 3 months ago I switched from pre-paid to the $30-per-month plan. At the time there was a $10-off deal going on, meaning if you switched you'd get $10 off your plan per month. So I signed up at a kiosk, and they told me I'd be charged $20 per month. Three months later, I'm still being charged $30 just for the base plan. What's up?

Hi Josh if your not getting the deal you were offered yet after 3 months I'd say it's time to contact Koodo so they can make the adjustment manually. You can send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.
