1-800 koodo problem.

When I call a 1-8** number that is in the US, I can hear them fine but they cannot hear me. i used 5 different phone, nexus 5 nexus 4 nexus 4 samsung s4 min and samsung note 3. all koodo network still they cant hear me. i called cibc 1 800 and koodo tec sup. they still cant hear me.

Josh, this isn't a platform for tech support or account issues. You'll need to call Koodo at 18669956636 from a DIFFERENT phone and they can take you through some troubleshooting procedures.
