What do I do when my phone says "Invalid SIM card" ?

Usually when your phone is saying Invalid SIM Card, you have a phone that has been locked to a carrier other then Koodo.
What you might want to do is check to see if there is a way to actually unlock your phone if that is the case.
If your phone was originally from Koodo, then you might want to bring your phone to your local Koodo store and see about getting a replacement SIM to see if that will fix your issue.
