need info on the $10.00 a month data charges

Edit Subject

I'm being charged a monthly $10.00 data fee for the last two months and i need to know what/who it is for, i was checking out some ringtones back in Dec and maybe accidentaly I subscribed to one of them, please forward me the name/email info so I can unsubscribe ASAP,

You will need to call in to get this info. We cannot access your account on the forum, but customer service will be able to pull that up for you.

Go to your Self Serve account and check your Detailed Billing. This PDF file will include all of your billing details and you can see why you have these certain charges.

If they are premium text messages, make sure you text STOP to that number immediately so you can unsubscribe.

For future reference, to be on the safe side never give your mobile # to any service site because you are signing up for one of these services, like ring tones, psychic readings, joke of the day, ext. The only way to sign up to these services is to give your mobile # usually by texting a specific word to said service. They will then keep texting you until you text STOP like John Lee said above.
